RE : FOURTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Tanjong Bungah Conference Room of the Casuarina Beach Resort Penang on the 28^th day of May 1999 at 4.10p.m.

Any member desirous of moving any resolutions/amendment of the constitution at the AGM shall give notice in writing to the Hon. Secretary not less than twenty one days before the date of the AGM.

AGENDA:

1. To confirm the minutes of the Thirteenth AGM held on 30^th May 1998
2. Matters arising from the minutes
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for 1998
4. To receive and adopt the audited accounts for the year
5. To consider and pass Resolutions and Amendments of which due notice has been given.
6. General
