MAAM – MMMC 2015 Convention

Greetings Manipalites,

This year the Manipal Alumni is taking the 3D – 2N Convention to Melaka!.

We welcome our young and new Alumnis from MMMC,

and are excited to have them on board.

They will have an active part in organizing this year’s Convention!

Date : Dec 4th to 6th 2015

Venue: MMMC grounds and Novotel, Melaka

Proposed Program:

Dec 4th (Friday)      : Morning CPD Lecture at MMMC

                             : Basic Life Support course for Spouses and Children

                             : Check in at Novotel after 3.00pm

                             : Dinner at Novotel (Salsa Night)

Dec 5th (Saturday)  : Breakfast at Novotel

                             : Games on MMMC grounds (Shuttle buses from Novotel to MMMC)

                             : Lunch at MMMC

                             : Dinner at Novotel (Ebony & Ivory)

Dec 6th (Sunday)    : Breakfast at Novotel

                             : Check out

The Package Price would include:

Full package Rm 600,
3 Days 2 Nights, Superior Room twin sharing.
2 Breakfast, 2 Lunch, 2 Dinner, Salsa Night, Gala Dinner , CPD , Games , Pre Cocktails.

Those who want to attend the only the Dinner,

It’s Rm 200 for Friday night & Rm 200 for Saturday Gala Dinner.
So the package would be Cheaper.

It’s Rm 100 for children below 12yrs sharing room with parents. (There will be a separate Children’s Party on Saturday night next to the Grand ballroom, 5yrs to 12yrs at 7.00pm, Theme to be decided soon). This allows the parents to enjoy the Gala Dinner without worrying about their children.

A Special Promotion for members who are working in Melaka and do not require Hotel stay:

Rm 350 per head for members working in Melaka.
It will cover 2 lunches, 2 dinners and all the activities.
No hotel room.

A 2 Day 1 Night package is also available:

Check in on Saturday 3.00pm and Check out Sunday 12.00pm ( This will include the Games at MMMC grounds in the morning, lunch and the Gala Dinner, Sunday breakfast is included )
