Community Project Kg Sri Aman, Sungai Buloh

/ / News / October 5, 2012

Dear Members,

The Manipal Alumni Association Malaysia has embarked on a Community project, whereby we have adopted a village in Sungai Buloh. We did our first Medical Survillance in March 2012 and did a follow up visit on the 12th of August. We have had very good response form the residents of Kampung Sri Aman, Sungai Buloh.

Our aim is to up lift the general well being of this village as a whole. There are many areas that we are looking into. We hope that our members can come forward and join us in our undertaking.

Our next visit will be on the 9th of September, Sunday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

The committee members have been sponsoring the medication, dextrose sticks ….etc so far. We are running short on supplies and would appreciate and welcome your support. ( Even a box of PCM would be great. )

We will be adding a list of regularly used medication, so it would be easy for you to contribute to the pool.

Our plan for now is to visit the village once a month, we will come up with a proper visiting schedule for the year, so members can pick the dates that they are free to join us.

I will keep updating this post with more information from time to time.

Please feel free to call the secretariat or any of the committee members for more information.
